2 vine tomatoes, sliced 1 cm thick or Cherry tomatoes
1 pound fresh mozzarella, sliced1/4 inch thick
Fresh Basil Leaves
3 to 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
On skews arrange the tomato followed by a piece of mozzarella
On a skews or large platter alternate the tomatoes and mozzarella slices and basil leaves.
Sprinkle salad with Olive Oil.
Season salad with salt and pepper.
